Upon receiving your order, we aim for all orders to be packed and dispatched within 24 hours (except weekends and public holidays) through one of our trusted delivery partners: Couriers Please, TNT, or Startrack. Please note that during busy sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We choose the best partner based on your location, the size of your shipment, and their current capacity. Sometimes our delivery partners might face delays or capacity issues, but we work with multiple partners to get your coffee order to you as quickly as possible.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with the allocated delivery partner and an estimated delivery time (ETA). For customers in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. For those in Perth or Hobart, please allow up to 8 working days. Regional customers wil receive a tracking email with an ETA, or you can email our office for the best estimate based our experience.
If your order is more than 24 hours past the ETA, you are welcome to email our office. We will then contact the
delivery partner directly. Please note that response times may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry.
