7.0 General Terms
- Changes to Courses: Bodacious Coffee reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
- Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during the course. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without a refund.
- Liability: Bodacious Coffee is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the course, except as required by law.

Class Participant Policy:
1. Minimum Enrolment:
Each class requires a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. If fewer than 4 participants register, the class may be cancelled or rescheduled. In such cases, registered participants will be notified at least 7 days before the booking date and offered the option of a full refund or a seat in a future class.
2. Maximum Capacity:
To maintain a quality learning environment and ensure personalized attention, each class is limited to a maximum of 8 participants. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum capacity is reached, additional interested participants will be placed on a waiting list and notified if a spot becomes available.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
If the minimum number of participants is not met, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class as outlined above.
Participants who wish to cancel their enrolment must do so at least 5 days before the booking date to qualify for a refund or reschedule. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
